Movie-Maker ( windows built in editor ). If not present you might have to download it or get it from another person who has installed on their computer. When you update windows 10 recently it will delete itself along with Daemon Tools. However both program folders could be saved before an update. Usually in the Programs 32 folder.

Adobe After Effects ( for special effects and stuff )
Adobe Premiere ( is the equal for "Final Cut" which is for the Mac/Apple )
Premiere can do simple edits.
Davinci Resolve is free ( but has more features with paid/full edition ).
Sony Vegas ( now just Vegas pro ), great but has so many controls.
Quick Time suppose to have an editor but I do not know.
In Photoshop you can import video, and audio and edit. But it is kind of crazy wait time
