What is the best way to save money?

I am in this part of my life where I want to invest more but also want to travel and do so many stufs that i think will hard to do in the future and having kids.

I just feel time is flying and i am not having as much fun as i really want. I want to save money for my future and my family but not sure what are the best options theses days.
