Yes - you did. Especially as she is seen as a supervisor. Not sure what country you may be from, but here in the US - you can get into trouble just for the appearance of having a relationship with someone that reports to you or is in a supervisory role.
She could potentially be worried about that or even worried that she was too friendly with you causing you to think she had feelings towards you - as a result she is doing the opposite. She does not want you to get the wrong idea about how she feels about you.
I doubt she is angry at you - just she does not feel the same way as you do and so to protect herself, you and your job she is limiting the personal talk.
