Dermatologisy Adverse effects

Query first time experience of rash breakout post iv suspected mephadrone use, concerned of one sore, 90% sure it was a spot, it skin was broken via graze. Not certain but clear fluid weeded and formed off yellow scab thing afters.

Also experiencing ongoing burning in left arm, query nerve damage maybe. The forearm also intermittently has shooting pain. When flexing or rolling wrist after sensation of muscle being stiff, aching. Right foot cold weak, period of 8/10 pain for go hour or so.

Went to ER, left b4 seeing doctor, have since used more after symptoms occurred pre er attendeecenot worse but not improving. Been consistent painful symptoms over 12 hours. Quite sure it's neuropathy. But just curious for medical opinion.

Cheers anyone can shed light on the skin symptoms and probable cause of limb extremities experiencing unrelenting symptoms thst neither improved or worsened.
