I have been studying up on manifesting your desired realities through living in the 5d or higher and I am still learning how to do this so I just want to ask if anyone knows the difference between all the dimensions (I believe there is even a 10d) and how one can bring oneself out of 3d mode to 5d and above, or what techniques others have tried that worked for them etc.

The only one that matters is 5D. Technically it's not a spiritual realm, it's the basis realm. You access it by finding a path which is consistent with both your intellect and your emotional state. It's related to the common law right of pursuit of happiness, which is about justice.
