has anyone who uses fB commerce manager's order system, ever notice that facebook takes out 'promotions' from coupons or whatnot that the buyer uses, and does anyone know why the seller would be out that money when they never agreed with the coupon's terms anyway?

I don't but if I did I would be contacting Facebook Marketplace and ask.
