Could you fai a hair follicl test if somebody be who just smoked prepared your food?

It sounds like he is asking if he will fail a drug test where they test the hair follicle if ate food from someone that smoked an illegal substance.
At least that is what I interpret

I think you're right. I highly doubt he would fail a drug test even if that person blew the smoke on his food
