"Favorites" Icon Page Disappeared From Mac

Shortly after my Mac updated to "Monterey" the page that opened with the icons of my "Favorites" disappeared. I have tried all the options I can find in Safari Preferences but none of them bring back that most useful page. The closest to to it is an option where the favorites appear as tiny icons accross the top of the opening page. As there's no way to enlarge them in that setting to a size that is easily legible that option seems pretty useless and certainly doesn't replace the original in which all the icons appeared on the opening page and were about 3/4 inch square. Any ideas on how to get that back?

@Pittter,
You need to call Apple Customer Care! It's free and they're very helpful.

That reminds me. I have been meaning to list my shortcuts with username and password. I suppose the next time I think of it, it will be too late.
