How to change the margins around bullets in list in MS Word 2016?

I have a list in Word 2016, in which I want to add a pic from the internet for the bullet. I have the pic as the bullets but they are not centered to the text. They are above the text. If I use the usual black dot, that is in the center of the text to the right of the bullet. But when I put in a cartoon pic of a car to use as the bullet it is not centered to the text that is on the right of the bullet (car). I can't find any help for this. I only get results from my searches in google that tells you how to change, indents, or line spacing. But that doesn't help.

@cricket1001,
It could be that your picture has space under it and Word is showing the entire picture. Try cropping your picture down. Alternatively you could add space above making the car appear lower.
