Why did she do this?

I have a classmate who always wears crop tops. Her shoulders are bare, as is her slim midriff, and there's a ring in her belly button. The other day I saw her shivering and I lent her my jacket, but she instantly threw it back at me, almost hitting me in the face. Why?
