I bought a small hotel on October 1 this year. The previous owner died suddenly and we acquired the hotel from his family. The hotel has a Facebook page with technical links to the hotel's booking system. No one in the man's family has knowledge of username and password. When I try to use the hotel's email address to get a reset link, it does not work for login. How to proceed to get information about login information?

You need to contact FB as we don't work for them. Try Googling it.

I think you need to pay someone to fix it.

Look for computer engineers in your area, if you tell them what the problem is they should be able to tell you if they can fix it or not before coming out.

There may already be someone the last owner used for IT support.
