A quarter, a nickel, and a dime.

The 2/5ths Compromise, the Dred Scott Decision.

Who gives you a fake share of your account, in a negotiation, with a snitch?

Fifteen percent is an equal deal for a ten percent profit off two sold and an additional as surplus, a nickel is a false unit removed to deplete a stock, and a dime is a stature of gradual return as a poor dividend.
