Can I use keywords but with a capital letter somewhere as an identifier?

So I just started learning C++, and I noticed that keywords in C++are case sensitive, which made me wonder if I was able to use a keyword, but with the first letter being capitalized, as my identifier.
An example of what I mean would be:

Break

break that is in all lowercase is a keyword, but can break with a capital b be used as an identifier?

Also, please correct me if the info I have is wrong.

Thank You.
