Facebook - Unwanted banner

On my timeline on every post (including historical) a banner appears at the bottom my post inviting me to “create a story using Taylor Swift songs.” It is totally inactive and tapping it just takes me to my post without the banner. At this point I can edit the text. I just cannot delete it? Help please.
