200 AMP Main - Feeding 100 AMP sub panel in detached garage question.

Hello, what wire would I use to feed my detached garage with a 100 AMP QO sub panel? I currently have a 200 AMP QO panel a little less than 100 feet from the garage. I will be putting the wire through conduit under ground into the garage. Thank you in advance.
