I have a business page on Facebook which is not receiving any push notifications on my phone, despite all settings on the phone and FB page being turned on.
When I log in on my personal account and go to "Notification Settings" I can see that there are options for "Push", "Emails" & "SMS" notifications. However, when I log into my business page and head to the same menu, the only thing that shows under the notification settings is "In-App Only", with no option to change preferences.
If anyone has any idea how to resolve this please let me know as I am not receiving notifications for my incoming messages on my business page.
I have already contact Facebook support via email (over 3 months ago!) and just get palmed off, saying we are investigating the issue but with no updates.
