Yes, when using Voice keyboard you learn to speak slowly and enunciate very clearly or else you get something that doesn't resemble what you were saying. I typically don't enunciate very clearly, so it helps train me in that regard. But no matter how clearly you enunciate there are many superfluous capitalizations.
As good as voice keyboard is, it still has trouble with certain sounds like th, p, v, b. Still, it works pretty well so long as you edit immediately.
