Is Obama Running the Biden White House?

It's pretty obvious that Biden is severely mentally impaired, probably suffering from the early effects of dementia.

Don't you think it's entirely plausible that Obama could be running the White House behind the shadows? 3rd term style?

Obama is still pretty young relatively speaking, and he's got a whole lot of time on his hands these days.

It's obvious to the entire world that Biden isn't the actual man in charge. He doesn't even know where he is most of the time.

Someone else is obviously calling the shots, who else would be more likely?
