QUIZ QUESTIONS - monthly challenge

I have been googling etc. on these for days but not getting any breakthrough. I really don't want the answer(s), only a hint or nudge please so I can get the satisfaction of resolving.
1. Of the top 10 Yorkshire boasts three, Cumbria two, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire one each whilst both Wales and Scotland have a representative in there. So where is the last member of the ten located?
2. If three is a Miller and four a Killer, then, still rhyming and in the same context, what is five?
Any thoughts appreciated.
