Weight loss

I’m walking about 20,000 steps daily and have all summer. The first 8000+ steps is up a local mountain. I also eat well. I was losing about a pound a week to start but recently the loss has stagnated. Is this normal? What should I expect.

@Ducksoup,
Age? Gender (I mean biological here)? Initial starting weight?

What does eating well mean? Keto? Low fat? Mediterranean? Vegetarian? You only eat free range Twinkies?

What do you do when you're not walking? Sedentary job or school? Active work where you lift stuff?

Do you make your own food, or do you get a lot of restaurant meals (almost always a lot less healthy than you think)?

Plateaus are very normal in weight loss. That being said, the scale is not the only way to judge how you're doing. Try measurements, clothing size, or how much you can lift.

20k steps are fantastic. But this isn't the whole picture.
