Hi, I am a beginer trainer so go easy on me please.
Start weight: 16st / 101kg
Current weight: 17.5st / 111kg
Height: 6ft 1
Age: 22
Sex: Male
I am 22 years old and have been doing the 5x5 workout to gain mass before beginning body building. I have gained just under 10kg in a 3 months of this program using a high protein/carbs diet.
I am now looking to start turning the mass into muscle and need help with the right program & diet for me, as I have not done this before.
My goal is to become much more toned, and bigger in the chest, back & arms mainly. Obviously I wont skip leg day!
Any help/advice and support would be greatly appreicated.

Some gyms have really good experts. I would try one of them. Congrats on the effort!!
