What do you think about my Bronze Statue?

Do you think this is anything valueable or just a regular bronze? I found it at a local thrift store. It's says WEB 70 #2/18. I haven't been able to find anything after 2 hours of searching. Does anyone happen to know more about this statue or the artist "WEB"?

I forgot, it's 12.6 Pounds and about 11 inches from the base to the top of the head.

There is something about it that seems familiar, I don't mean as in mass produced, it just nags at me.....I don't know what it reminds me of.
