Facebooks new recommendations system problem

Hello everybody! My wife is a talented artist in pencil drawing domain and she has a page with apprx 25k likes. The problem is that all her 125 recommendations show up in the news feed but at the rating FB only shows 59 at the time i am writing this post. Is there anyone who can clarify me regarding this matter? Thanks in advance
