Emails disappeared from inbox

There can be a purge to remove emails older than a certain date, but it might just hide them and you can view older emails by clicking on a link. Depending on the email program you are using, you might be looking at the wrong inbox. Send yourself an email and see where it goes to make sure you are in the right place.

You can also click on "All Mail"

Found a lot of emails in All Mail but am not sure they are the ones I remember as being kept in my inbox. I moved some back to me inbox and will consider me lucky to get the ones I did. THANKS for the suggestion.

check the date of the emails you recovered... they're somewhere on your computer. Google your computer and email program and you might have better luck. Also check your spam and trash. You're welcome and good luck! It's a bugger, isn't it?
