Reiki Massage & Treatment Does It Get Positive Results ?

As a form of Alternative Medicine I read very mixed opinions but many positive testimonials from those that have received treatment.
I went yesterday for a one hour massage by a Reiki Master. It was relaxing and I slept well last night. It was very different from the full body Swedish Massage that I usually receive. I would like to hear from anyone familiar with Reiki.
