Hi .I wanted to ask if a non-responders to exercise exist?And if so why is that happening and what is the "cure"for it
@Nickolaos,
The question is not at all clear.
@roger,
I didn't understand it either. Maybe we are just getting old.
I am guessing this is about people whose bodies don't respond (i.e. get in shape and/or lose weight) in response to exercising.
Usually the cure is just to exercise more.

Yes, we all are
And it's a great place to be!
@roger,
Well, it's better than the alternative, or so I've been told.
@glitterbag,
Ask BillRM, it’s written in his language.

Love you my cute English guy.
@roger,
Well, like they say - ageing ain't for sissies, but with things the way they are out there, I'm glad I'm to be my age and not 20.
I was refering especially to the people who show no bodily changes or cant build muscle during their exercise sessions. Im sorry if i wasnt understood,really sorry . I wanted ot basically know why that is?Is there because a mutation has happened to their body that prevents them from beign able to see any result to their body ,or is there something in their gene code that "predestines" them to be like that?
@Nickolaos,
And whats the solution to this?
