Having trouble finding and Identifying a boot, Brand: VIKES, NYC, Fitted series, serial number: 7813nyc-10n, I have tried everything to find information on this short cut pink boot. Please help.

Thats just it I cant find the company anywhere on line.

Good point. Or they may have been bought out by another company or merged with one.
Right now all I care about is how to read the serial number, does anyone know how to do that? Thanks in advance.
