Shuffle a column repeatedly; Compute corr of vectors.

I am new to SPSS. I would like to get values of a variable V3 that is computed from 2 other variable vectors (V1-V9) and (V10-V20). I want also values of the same variable V3 after having shuffled the variable V1.( would like to do that in a loop and store the resulting values of V3). So my question is how do I shuffle a column?
V3 is actually the correlation between 2 vectors. I couldn't find a compute function that could do this in a single call. Do I have to enter the correlation formula? That would probably slow down the program (I have 1.5 million cases)>
Any help is really appreciated.
