Married 4 years and have had sex 3 times! He’s not interested.. he’s been to the dr and not a medical issue! I feel less than desired that’s for sure! I’ve brought it up many times and he says yeah I gotta work on it!! Never any follow through or communication! I ask myself why I stay... it’s been a long lonely marriage so far!

Yes.. first 5 years then married and stopped!

Hmm I hate to suggest this but the only thing that likely could turn off a long term sexual relationship would be him falling in love with another woman.
Suggest you look into the matter for your own peace of mind if for no other reason.
