Married man flirting with me?? Help

Known married man for 18 years. I work with him, he is a dentist. He flirts in ways with me. This summer though he asked me to go to a co-workers party that I wasn’t invited to. He whispered in my ear. No other co workers were asked only me. What’s his intensions? He’s married age 64 and I’m married age 43. He’s getting ready to retire and I’m a fun blonde who is always happy to see him. He tells me I remind him of an actress on the hallmark channel. Please help? My gut says he’s into me? I did end up going to the party with my husband and he was there with his wife. Why would he want me at that party? I only work with him 10 times out of a year too. Please advise?
