I was texting with someone on the Internet when I was 15, and one day he said his dad died. I was trying to support him for a few days saying he should get help. He didn't listen. It made my mood worse, so when I was really mad, I told him that death is the solution when he doesn't want help. I didn't mean it, because then I told him I don't want him to die and I said sorry to him. Now feel like a horrible person, even though it's been a while, who hurt him really bad. What can I do? We don't text now.
@SilentEvil,
Say you're sorry again and then let it go.
It was a difficult time and you were (still are?) a kid. Even adults struggle with what to say when someone dies.
