Is she a scammer or other

She claims to be 16, claims her mom is driving her to runaway from home. She showed her pics, she was cute, she sent me her address. Her mom's place looked like a wealthy apartment complex. She seemed in a rush to move out. I never met a person so desperate to move from their home. She has mental issues she said.

I never talked sexual or anything. I did tell her I can't promise anything.
