Under some paint around cracked walls. look like tiny eggs of saome sort if onsect? could be poop? or mold? anybosy has an idea?

Looks like some kind of an insect infestation. My mother used to have a very similar look in her apartment and it turned out to be baby cockroaches. I don’t mean to scare you but you really do need to get someone in there that can treat your entire home or apartment.
