Nobody here can help you, if you have an animal in distress call a vet.

I'm not a vet, but if you suspect your bird is having breathing problems call the closest veterinary hospital and see if they can offer some assistance over the phone. They will need to know what you've been feeding him, where his cage is located, it should be away from drafty areas......Or call the breeder you bought the bird from....there should be some things you can do until you can take him in for a check-up....

Your bird may be stressed out.
