Which sentence is clearer and a better choice:

All of the repairs and pack in for the following project have been completed as of 12/31/2020.

or

All of the repairs and pack in for the following project are complete as of 12/31/2020.

It’s not clear what you mean by ‘pack in.’

To pack something in colloquially means to stop doing something.

I don’t know if you mean packaging or the act of putting things back into place, but pack in is incorrect.

Hi,

The pack in I'm referring to is putting things back into place. I'm more concerned about whether " have been completed" or "are complete" is a better choice.

To be honest that part of the sentence is fine either way. As a rule of thumb it’s best to go for as few words as possible,

In which case are complete would be the better option.

To cover the problems over pack in I would rephrase it as The repairs and refitting are complete......
