Lost info on a favorite country song, about 10 years back.
I loved a song and music video on YouTube, without memorizing the artist or the name of the song. When the video was removed, and I didn’t use YT for a long period of time, both the title and artist info was sadly lost from my mind..
I miss the song a lot, and all I can do is to describe the music video:
The video gives a hazy sunny feeling, with pale dusty colors, almost like sepia. Time of day could be mid-day or early summer evening.
A young american couple drive an old(?) pick-up down a somewhat dusty road, arguing, possibly breaking up. Filming are quite close, from the drivers side, and side window, and the car moves from the right (to the left) of the screen. Gives me a feeling of the 80-90’s or more recent, and they might be dressed in young classic american country clothing. One or both of them jumps out of the car at some point, as far as I remember, and they are arguing with passion. Possibly near a road crossing or a small town center.
I would really love your help!

It’s a lovesong, a catchy country tune, loaded with hurt feelings, upbeat but a bit sad?
How to describe music you don’t quite remember..? 😅
@tirbenna,
Too vague... your description fits most country western music.
Got any lyrics or artists you remember?
@PUNKEY,
Thanks, I know.
I’m just hoping someone would recognize a possible favorite, and share some suggestions?
Faded film.
Close up in pick-up.
Arguing young couple, inside and outside the truck.
Driving beside the young country girl, after her leaving the car?
@PUNKEY,
Quote: your description fits most country western music.
except for dogs, fishin gear and Daisy Dukes.
@farmerman,
Don’t forget jail, trains, and mama.
In fact, there’s a Johnny Cash song about what constitutes a country western song. I’ll try to find it.
