White fluffy growth - my hair is falling out!

Can anybody identify the growth shown in pictures? This has been growing in my basement (where my bedroom is) and has now started to show up in my scalp and on my sides. I have a very vengeful ex fiance who likes to torment me (never our children, just me). I am highly sensitive to mold and fungus in general so I'm unsure what this is. I'm just at my wit's end
My car is covered in it. I went out a d bought the mold control stuff and all it did was make thus white substance able to be seen in my.vehicle. I noticed my nose gets stuffed when I'm around it and I'm very jittery
