super frustrating!
I go to my News Feed,
click the orange flag for Pages,
then it asks me to:
Go to your Page and click Page Settings in the bottom left,
but I can't find a Page Settings button anywhere.
Can anyone help me?

How recently was the page named? FB won't allow a name change for I believe it's 90 days.
Settings is probably a gear wheel icon. Keep in mind, FB constantly changes its layout, so look in other parts of the page, just in case their instructions haven't kept up with the changes.
