Is this sentence clear or is there a better choice:
There were not any additional repairs not included on the estimate and we’re okay to close the claim.

The two negations in the sentence make it unclear. I had to read it twice to get the gist of it. So, one can assume that any additional repairs were included on the estimate? Try a sentence with only one negation.
