Both are good for what ails you after a heavy week of boozing and carousing.

The egg because of its nutrients and the Malta Guinness as a way to fool oneself into belief that they are still guzzling down a tasty Guinness Stout.

Guinness out of Ireland maintains an alcohol fueled tingle.

Malta Guinness from Cameroon offers no alcohol but to hangover drooping eyes, looks the same as our Irish pub crawl beverage (the friendly deep dark color) and has some nutrients, including protein.
