I sorta said the same thing - some of the names you do not know if they are male or female - and even the voices. Not to mention some may identify otherwise. I just am looking for the best candidate because that is what will help me the most. To be honest I am not worried about being diversified - our company is pretty diverse.
Well with 90% of the kids in the school being more generally decent enough - I expect she won't get the support she needs to fuel this.
In this school something like 99% go on to college - last year one boy went in the service everyone else went onto college (although I think one or two might be taking a gap year because of of this covid thing but intend to go onto college the following year) so they do want to look good. Bullying is not a good a look.
