The 2005 hurricane season has started and if the weather boffins are correct, we're in for some interesting times, especially in Florida.

Of course we worry about our A2K friends in the paths of the storms.

Reyn has offered to create a geographically and socially accurate map of the Sunshine State, showing which of our Florida members live in which part of the vulnerable peninsula.

Sign up if you'd like to be included in the A2K worry list.

There no need to give a street address or even a zip code--just indicate your general geographic area.

A little rainy, a little windy, but not bad at all in the Tampa Bay area. In fact, when I went out to get the paper, it was kind of refreshing.

Thanks, Noddy for the link.

Phoenix, BBB said that you were fine and I guess that we were all lucky this time around. I'll use this for marking and shoot my mouth off later. Razz

I was in Borders Book store (here in Tampa) when the rain really let loose for about ten minutes. I have probably never seen rain come down at that rate in my life. Fortunately, it didn't last very long. The winds were not too bad.

Ah, dear Reyn. My profile tells my location. Not much going on here right now. Gray skies and hot wind.

Onyx--

What are your whereabouts so you can be mapped and tracked?

Brandon--

You're in the Tampa area then?

Thanks, all.

Reyn is hoping for more names before he swings into action. Right now we're on hold--but there is a whole summer of weather ahead.
