Regarding ten to the seventh: when I multiply ten times itself seven times, I get a result of 100 Million; but, the online result is only 10 Million.
Where am I going wrong?

I don't know, how did you get 100 million? You probably counted the first two tens as just one.

10x10x10 = 1000 (three tens)
1000 x 1000 = 1,000,000 (six tens)
1,000,000 x 10 = 10,000,000 (seven tens)
