Yes, It appears law enforcement is in the dark. The confrontations with Police and Auditors are still being posted on youtube. Why they do not know about the Federal Judges ruling is a mystery. Police are being confronted at motor Vehicle stops, accidents or any situation where police presence is necessary. Colten v. Kentucky, 407 U.S. 104 (1972) Colton case is clear. You can not badger, interfere or yell at a Police Officer under these circumstances.
Courts have ruled. All vehicle stops are inherently risky, and thus should be divided into just two categories: unknown risk and known risk.
