Is this sentence clear or is there a better choice:

He left me a message that the pricing for the gutters is $801.00 and are scheduled for installation on or before 9/14.

The way you have it written, the subject for the second clause would have to be "pricing" which is not what you want. I would go with:

He left me a message that the pricing for the gutters is $801 and installation is scheduled on or before 9/14.
