You only live one's
Four two it seems
Eight one's is a lunch
Too three's six obscene

Facts drift through my ears
And life's its name
Five tens don't appear

Has this perchance anything to do with the 'Sign of the shoe'?

"Let us, like Him, hold up one shoe and let the other be upon our foot, for this is His sign, that all who follow Him shall do likewise."

As for 'only live one's' ..... Not only is your England not so good today but you'll find there is a substantial number of religions and their followers, who do not agree with that statement.

Myself I sort of go by this mantra in life "Hot and wet is bad in the weather but good in a woman. Whilst 'breast is best' and don't eat the yellow snow"

The meaning of life - Is self-defining - "To Live"
And to Live 'IN THE MOMENT' 'AS YOU DEEM WORTHY' without fear or remorse or obligation to ANYONE elses' expectations - Untethered to societal custom and traditions - Doing as thou wilt.
