Which is clearer and a better choice:

The initial site inspection is scheduled with the unit owner for July 28.
or
The initial site inspection is scheduled with the unit owner on July 28.

I feel I should say that if you don't want to sound impersonal, you could say: The initial site inspection with the unit owner is scheduled for July 28.
