I would change the business dynamic away from Ayn Rand's philosophy to a more altruistic one.

I'd give the International Criminal Court jurisdiction to prosecute all crimes committed in the Syrian war.

While I am thinking of Assad and the genocide that he is perpetrating against his own people, I'd give the ICC open jurisdiction over everyone on all sides.
