I thought it was Thumbelina but I guess I'm wrong. Maybe it was her in some discontinued version idk. I cant remember much but I had it on VHS. I remember her being full size not small like most Thumbelinas. She did have long brown hair and I remember her randomly stumbling on a cottage. The villain in this movie was like an evil king who could turn into a dragon. I remember in the final scenes when he changed into a dragon he flew out of his castle window. It was raining and I believe he was killed in that scene possibly by her love interest but I cant recall. I also remember the creatures in his castle possibly celebrated his death. I know these are broken random facts but please help. I've searched through all possible Thumbelina movies and none of those were it. Its been years!

@BriAsk,
You've probably already been told this, but the last bit sounds like the end of Disney's Sleeping Beauty.

The problem with something like this is there are so many knock off DVDs it's hard to pin it down as Dave Gorman points out. The bit about knock off animation starts at 2.14.

@izzythepush,
I know I'm two years late but thank you! I actually found what I was looking for the movie is called 'Happily Ever After'. Here is an excerpt from the Wiki page...

"Happily Ever After (originally released as Snow White: The Adventure Continues in the Philippines)[2][Note 1] is a 1989 American animated musical fantasy film written by Robby London and Martha Moran, directed by John Howley, and starring Irene Cara, Malcolm McDowell, Edward Asner, Carol Channing, Dom DeLuise and Phyllis Diller.[3]

Its story is a continuation of the fairy tale "Snow White", wherein the titular heroine and the Prince are about to be married, but a new threat appears in the form of the late evil Queen's vengeful brother Lord Maliss. The film replaces the Dwarfs with their female cousins, called the Dwarfelles, who aid Snow White against Maliss."
