I have included 4 links to photos that I need some opinions on asap. Does anyone know what std/sti this is. Its all around the mouth, chin and lower cheek areas. It almost resembles a burn surrounded by a pimple like rash. Its sore to the touch amd very raw and painful. Thanks in advance!
